After you get your new phone

ITS is replacing everyone’s phone. And there won't be a paper directory anymore. So how do you do things like setting up voicemail?

Don’t worry. ITS has you covered.

ITS will provide employees with documentation that explains how to use the new telephones when they change the phones in your area. It includes functions such as checking voicemail, setting up a voicemail box and much, much more.

While employees will receive a paper copy, the instructions also will be posted online at msudenver.edu/newphone.
