Farewell to Roadrunner leaders

John Burtness, Mark Potter and Sean Nesbitt announce their resignation from MSU Denver.

Thank youThree prominent administrative leaders will be leaving the University.

John Burtness, vice president of University advancement and CEO of the MSU Denver foundation’s last day will be June 30.

Mark Potter, Ph.D., associate vice president of undergraduate studies will be heading to the Chicago City Community College System as provost and chief academic officer.

Sean Nesbitt, director of facilities and space management, is leaving as of May 31. He has been selected to become the director of facilities for Colorado Mountain College.

We thank them for all of their service to the Roadrunner community and wish them the best in their future endeavors.
