When in doubt, don’t give it out!

Reminder: The Registrar’s Office is the go-to resource whenever anyone asks for student information.

If a law enforcement officer or someone else shows you a badge and requests student information, what do you do?

Don’t panic – just send them to the Registrar.

Keeping with FERPA regulations the Office of the Registrar is the official University student record keeper, and is ready and able to handle these requests. Refer them directly to the Student Success Building, Suite 160 (#3), and the Registrar’s Office will verify the legitimacy of the request.
