Charlotte Stone is retiring

Come honor Charlotte and help celebrate her 20 years at the University.

Come help us celebrate Charlotte Stone’s career on March 10 in SSB 400 from 2-4 p.m.

After a devoted and successful career spanning more than 20 years as the head of the University’s Grant’s Accounting office, Charlotte Stone has announced her retirement. Stone, an MSU Denver alumna, has seen the University go through many changes over the years, and she has always worked diligently to support principal investigators, who have overall responsibility for the ethical conduct of a research study.

As Stone gears up for retirement, Darlene Eckhardt, the current compliance officer for Accounting Services will be stepping in to assist in the transition. Eckhardt has already been crossed trained in the grants area, and as many of you know, Hanh Tran is another resource who can help. We hope to see you March 10.
