Every 10 years MSU Denver needs to renew its accreditation with the Higher Learning Commission. The renewal process includes a comprehensive evaluation and site visit by peer reviewers for the HLC.

Our next site visit is this semester – April 10-11, 2017.

The self-study put together by the HLC re-accreditation committee, called an assurance argument, is being finalized now. You can look at it here

We’re inviting all community members to provide feedback on the argument by submitting comments electronically via the HLC website. Comments are due by March 9.

Feedback can also be sent via U.S. mail to:

MSU Denver has been accredited by the HLC since 1971. Because of this accreditation, MSU Denver students are eligible for federal financial aid and are able to transfer credits to other accredited higher education institutions.
