Changes to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)

Come find out how MSU Denver is implementing FLSA changes that go into effect on Dec. 1, 2016.

Many more employees will now be eligible for overtime or compensatory time if they work more than 40 hours in a workweek. Supervisors and employees will need to work together to plan and track work hours with more detail. Get your questions answered about these changes and what they might mean for you or your area by attending an information session. The next session is Wednesday Nov. 30, and the last one is scheduled Dec. 13.
