A-Z Directory Profile - How to edit your profile

Welcome to the NEW A-Z Directory Profile. Information displayed on your profile is comprised of information from the Banner ERP system and Digital Measures. Below is a list of frequently asked questions regarding the profiles, along with instructions on how to make changes to your profile.
Frequently Asked Questions
  • Am I required to have a profile listed in the A-Z directory? You may request ‘confidential’ status by contacting the Office of Human Resources. After that change has been made in the Banner ERP system, your A-Z profile will be removed.
  • How can I keep my campus phone number from being displayed? You may make your campus phone number ‘unlisted’ and that will remove it from the campus directory. Please follow the steps outlined below regarding how to update your Office Phone Number and check the “Unlisted” checkbox to have your office number removed from your Directory Profile.
  • How can I have some of my Digital Measures CV information automatically displayed in my profile? With the change of the old A-Z application, you can now enable the display of the five most recent items in your Digital Measures CV data for the following categories: Education, Licensure/Certifications, Honors/Awards, Professional Memberships, Publications, and Presentations. If you want more control of the format and items being displayed, you can instead upload a PDF or Word document CV/resume as an alternative. Please see the steps in the table below regarding how to enable this feature on your profile and/or how to upload a custom CV/resume file.

How to Edit your profile

  1. Go to Update Address/ Phones feature in Self-Service Banner (Direct Link) using a browser.
  2. Go to personal information tab.
  3. Go to the Update Address and Phones option.
  4. Select the link Current under Campus Box Address.
  5. Update info (Street Line 1, City, State, Zip, Primary Phone Number (prefix, number) as needed. We have provided a sample screenshot of how to edit your address: Sample Address Update Image.
  6. Select the Submit to save your changes.

  1. Go to www.msudenver.edu/digitalmeasures using a browser.
  2. Click the Log on to Digital Measures link.
  3. Type your MSU Denver NetID and password. This is the same NetID and password you use to log on to your office computer or your MSU Denver email account.
  4. Click the Personal and Contact Information link under General Information on the Manage Activities Menu.
  5. To upload the file, find the Photograph field and click on the Choose File button (or Replace File if one already is uploaded) and navigate to your narrative file.

  2. Click the Log on to Digital Measures link.
  3. Type your MSU Denver NetID and password. This is the same NetID and password you use to log on to your office computer or your MSU Denver email account.
  4. Click the Personal and Contact Information link under General Information on the Manage Activities Menu.
  5. Edit the information as needed for one or more of the fields listed to the left.
  6. Once you are finished with your changes, click the Save button at the top right corner.

  1. Go to www.msudenver.edu/digitalmeasures using a browser.
  2. Click the Log on to Digital Measures link.
  3. Type your MSU Denver NetID and password. This is the same NetID and password you use to log on to your office computer or your MSU Denver email account.
  4. Click the Personal and Contact Information link under General Information on the Manage Activities Menu.
  5. To upload the file, find the Public Directory CV Upload field and click on the Choose File button (or Replace File if one already is uploaded) and navigate to your narrative file.
